🥕What to do with chemical-free carrots?🥕

We love carrots (in case you haven't already guessed). But what can you do to change up your meals?

One of our favourite ways to cut carrots is using a peeler, which gives you long, thin strips.

These are 3 things that you can then create:
🥕Roasted carrots strips: roast carrots strips with cumin and lemon juice, then top with AJ's extra virgin olive oil, black pepper and @achill_island_seasalt after cooking.
❤️Hearteningly good coleslaw: Combine carrots with finely chopped red cabbage, red onion, and sliced beetroot. Drizzle over @autumnharvest17 apple cider vinegar, AJ's extra virgin olive oil, black pepper (we like to use whole black peppercorns), and Achill's sea salt.
🙂Sauerkraut: Our latest 'kraut consists of carrot, red cabbage, beetroot, bramley apple, and Achill sea salt. In a few months it will be ready to make guts happy!

Found in the middle of a bed of cauliflowers that apparently only want to grow leaves. This purple spot saved the hope🟣

We think that it tastes milder than the white cauliflower and it brings something special to the look of the plate!

Was wondering how grass had started to grow in a pot in the shed. Went to investigate and realised that the 'grass' was in one of the pots that ginger had been planted in.

Never thought we would see it and honestly thought that they had all rotted. Thanks be to God, we have two crates of healthy plants.🌱
