Award-winning Dart Mountain Cheese is created by Julie, who has over 18 years’ experience in the food industry, both as a chef and a restaurant owner. Located in the Sperrin Mountains, the business went through many trials of variations of cheese to establish those most representative of the region and which gave the best flavour.
